I didn't receive a confirmation email after signing up. How can I have it re-sent?

Click the "Member login" link on the bottom of any page to log into the Joy.net member area and click the "resend confirmation email" link. Also, if you use a spamfilter, ensure that the sender address "signup-reply@joy.net" is added to your whitelist of allowed senders.
